Please join David Buwalda, of County Coffee, in exploring the different characteristics of coffee tasting and learning how County Coffee selects, roasts and prepares coffee. We will also briefly discuss ethical sourcing and environmental stewardship of the coffee industry. The workshop includes demonstrations of the roasting process and various brewing techniques. $25 per person. Start your day with another winter workshop to create a full-day outing.
