This Mother’s Day, give the gift of a unique experience at Abbey Gardens with our Mother’s Day Tea! Modelled after a traditional English afternoon tea, come make memories with us in the gardens and enjoy delicious loose leaf teas, gourmet savoury snacks, and delicate sweet desserts and pastries. We’ll have live music, a photo booth (so we highly recommend dressing in your favourite garden party outfit!) and a fun take home treat.
The tea will take place in our tents in the garden, so they will be able to continue rain or shine. Each sitting is one hour. We have tables for 2, 4, and 6 people, and each group of 2 shares a tea pot (approximately 2 servings each) and a selection of savoury and sweet snacks (approximately 9 servings each). Please indicate check out if you have any allergies. Do you have an odd number of guests you’re hoping to attend? You can scale your group up or down based on appetite. For example, if you’re bringing 5 people, but feel 5 people could share snacks for 4, or you’re coming from a meal, or going to a meal, etc. you can adjust accordingly. If you’re bringing 5 people but think everyone will want the same amount, you can scale up to 6 to make sure you have enough. Be sure to indicate the exact number of people attending in the Order Notes (if different than what you’ve purchased) so we have enough chairs.
This sitting is May 7 at 12:00PM. Tickets are $40/person and must be purchased by group to ensure table reservations.
