Hop your way to Abbey Gardens for a fun, Easter outing Saturday March 30 2024!
This event usually sells out, and so to make sure we have enough prizes for everyone and keep lines to a minimum, we’ve divided the event into two time slots. The time slots are from 11am – 1pm and 1pm – 3pm. All activities are available during each time slot, but you must choose which slot you will be attending. You do not have to complete the egg hunt first, regardless of which time slot you choose, as eggs will be replenished throughout the day. The time slots simply allow us to invite more children to the event while ensuring there is enough space for everyone to play and explore without a large crowd. Think of it as two events in one day!
Tickets are $15/child (grown ups are free!). There is no minimum age for this event – if your child is not participating in the activities and will not be taking home a prize, cookie, craft, etc. then you do not need to buy a ticket for them.
Your admission includes:
- A prize bag full of goodies when you complete the scavenger hunt
- A special surprise for collecting five eggs in the egg hunt
- A cookie and decorating kit
- A craft kit
- Photos with the Easter bunny
- The opportunity to take selfies with our ponies!
We’ll have mac and cheese and roasted potato poutine available for sale at the event snack bar, as well as hot chocolate, cupcakes, and cotton candy. More food and drink options are available in the Food Hub.
Don’t forget to bring your Easter basket for the egg hunt!
Please indicate the total number of people in your group in the “Order Notes” section at check-out. The cost of the event only applies to children in your group, but we’re hoping to get a snapshot of the total number of people to expect so that we can prepare enough food and drinks!
In order to ensure we have enough treat bags for all the kiddos, we will not accept walk-ups on the day-of if the event is sold out online.
