Description
This summer day camp is about discovering the beauty and mysteries of the great outdoors! We will be going on daily hikes, enjoying eco activities and having fun exploring in our wide open spaces. There will be two snacks and one lunch break. Food is to be provided by parents/grandparents/guardians. Camp runs daily from 9:30am-4pm from and is $275 per child for the week. NEW this year! Your child will have the opportunity to meet and interact (no riding) with our Ojibwe Horses during a special Pony-themed camp day!
There are four weeks to choose from: July 10-14, July 24-28, August 7-11 (including the Civic holiday), and August 21-25. Please indicate your preference from the drop-down menu. Each week is the same, but we have many campers that attend multiple weeks because they enjoy it so much!
After registration, you will receive a registration package with additional details a few weeks before the camp starts.
Payment Information & Cancellation Policy
We will be requesting that all participants commit to the full 5-day program. Full payment is due at the time of registration.
Since all programming will be outside, staff will be checking weather daily for risks of extreme weather conditions; extreme heat/humidity, thunderstorms, excessive rain, etc. Any risk of extreme weather will be communicated to parents/grandparents/guardians within 1-1 ½ hours prior to drop off time if the day’s program is cancelled. Cancellation of a program will be emailed to the primary contact person of the participant ONLY if the program will not be running that day. It is the responsibility of the primary contact to check their email prior to transporting their child/grandchild to the program.
If any program days are canceled due to inclement weather or a change in Provincial Covid-19 regulations, you will be refunded accordingly. Cancellations made up to three (3) weeks prior to the program’s start date will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations with less than three (3) weeks notice will only receive a 90% refund IF we successfully fill the camp spot. If we’re unable to fill it, a 50% refund will be returned.
